NEB’s Visit to One Eighty One Lighting: Exploring Advanced LED Solutions

On May 16-17, 2024, NEB’s (National Engineering Bureau) Executive Director, Mohamed, and Marketing Manager, Dovile embarked on a significant business trip to One Eighty One (181) Lighting in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This visit, expertly organized by our partners at Huda Lighting, provided exclusive insights into the latest LED lighting technologies.

The team experienced a comprehensive factory tour, exploring One Eighty One Lighting’s LED modules and their diverse applications for both outdoor and indoor architectural designs. Of particular interest were the Linear and Flex Lighting systems, as well as Washer modules, showcasing new possibilities for dynamic and flexible lighting solutionstailored to modern architectural projects in the UAE.

In addition to technical discussions, Mohamed and Dovile toured One Eighty One Lighting’s new office building, where the latest lighting innovations were on full display, offering practical examples of their use in architectural lighting design.

The visit concluded with a scenic boat tour through Amsterdam’s canals, blending the exploration of innovative lighting technologies with the city’s rich culture.
